This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Velorimexis ("we," "us," or "our") may issue refunds for purchases made through our online masterclass platform. By purchasing any course, masterclass, or subscription service, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. General Refund Eligibility

We strive to ensure that all participants are satisfied with their learning experience. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the criteria outlined below.

1.1 Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered for a refund.

1.2 Course Access Limitations

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed more than twenty percent (20%) of the course content, including videos, downloadable materials, assignments, or interactive components. Access is tracked automatically through our platform.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances:

a) Promotional or discounted courses purchased during special sales events or with discount codes.

b) Subscription renewals after the initial subscription period has commenced.

c) Bundled course packages or masterclass collections after any component has been accessed beyond the eligibility threshold.

d) Digital downloads, certificates, or other materials that have been downloaded or generated.

e) Gift purchases or courses redeemed through gift codes.

f) Third-party services or products purchased through our platform.

3. Subscription Services

Subscriptions to our platform provide ongoing access to multiple masterclasses and educational content.

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription refunds may be issued if requested within seven (7) days of the initial subscription purchase and less than ten percent (10%) of available content has been accessed. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription refunds may be issued if requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase and less than five percent (5%) of available content has been accessed. Partial refunds for unused months are not available.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period. Access to content will continue until the end of the paid period.

4. How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Include your full name, registered email address, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.

Step 3: Allow up to seven (7) business days for our team to review your request and respond.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, processing will occur as follows:

Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of approval notification. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.2 Payment Method Delays

Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, it may take an additional five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear in your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

5.3 Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion. This may occur if technical issues prevented access to specific content or if other exceptional circumstances are verified by our team.

6. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to purchased content, please contact our support team immediately at info@velorimexis.com. We will work to resolve technical issues promptly. Refunds for technical problems will only be considered if issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe and persist beyond seven (7) days.

7. Content Dissatisfaction

While we curate high-quality masterclasses from recognized professionals, subjective dissatisfaction with course content, teaching style, or difficulty level does not automatically qualify for a refund. We encourage you to review course previews, descriptions, and instructor information before purchasing.

Refunds based on content quality will be evaluated individually and may be granted if the content substantially differs from its advertised description or contains significant errors that impact learning outcomes.

8. Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if fraudulent activity, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service is suspected or detected. This includes but is not limited to:

a) Requesting refunds after downloading or copying substantial course materials.

b) Repeated refund requests across multiple purchases without valid justification.

c) Sharing account credentials or purchased content with unauthorized users.

d) Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. Chargebacks are considered a violation of this policy and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of access to all purchased content.

We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing concerns before involving your payment provider.

10. Modifications to This Policy
